Investigate and rectify improper HVAC system installation.
DESCRIPTION
J.A.C. Pump services were appointed as an independent party by key stakeholders to analyse the issues of an underperforming ‘new build’ HVAC plantroom. Necessary restorative actions were then undertaken.

DETAILS
Original plant installation methodology by project contractors was detrimental to pump
performance and reliability.
HVAC system inspection was undertaken. Corrective recommendations which addressed
various installation issues and inappropriate ancillary equipment selection was then reported
upon.
Following previous failed alignment attempts by others. J.A.C. Pump Services were engaged to
perform the necessary restorative works. All long coupled pumpsets were appropriately
reinstalled using ‘best practice’ methods, laser aligned and certification provided.
Pumps and motors now function in an unencumbered state providing reliable ongoing operation.
