DESCRIPTION
Existing pumping facilities were not suitable so a purpose built underground pump station replaced existing infrastructure.

All mechanical & electrical componentry to complete pumping station, of 4 off series mounted slurry pump and motor sets, cassette mounted modules on common skid base assembly complete with lockdown and lifting facilities, pipework, supports. Skid mounted electrical switchboard, circuit breakers and switchgear, 1000V/415V Transformer, cabling, sensors, controls and monitoring equipment, starters and connections, PLC and programming and all ancillary devices (e.g. level probes, level switches, flow meters, mixers, actuated valves, sump pump etc.).
DETAILS
Taking a wholistic approach, J.A.C. were able to provide a station matched to pump varying influent flows of 20L/s – 40L/s through the existing DN150/DN200 riser system. Careful consideration was taken in design factoring in ease of maintenance and compatibility with existing mine, infrastructure and SCADA requirements.
